Nowhere reminds me that there’s really nowhere to go. There’s nowhere to get to. There’s nowhere that I should be. I’m already there.

There’s nowhere you need to be other than exactly where you are right now. Nowhere could be better than where you are in this moment.

The Most Important Question to Ask Yourself…

Why can’t you relax? Do you feel guilty if you sleep in? Do you have a hard time simply sitting still doing NOTHING?

The majority of adults do. At least in most Western cultures where things like “ambition” and “accomplishment” and the accumulation of wealth are prioritized above all else. These have become the measures of success – so often at the expense of joy and reward, and peace! The irony.

“DON’T GET YOUR HOPES UP!”

I actually agree with the comment, “Don’t get your hopes up.” But for a contrary reason. This is one of the most profound and popular lies being propagated today – that there’s a problem with not getting what you want. So to avoid the hurt that comes with that, lower your expectations and be less hopeful. Twisted.
