We all have the ability to alter our psychological states in a moment’s time. In order to use that ability, we need to rehearse manipulating our states by altering our thought content. Here is an exercise and an invitation to integrate a profound practice into your life, as well as a suggestion for an amazing and very unique state to choose to put yourself into before entering into certain situations (it involves the way I felt as a kid when I would enter Disney World – so it’s a pretty damn good mood!).
