If your heart is lighter than the feather, however, your soul is free to move on into eternity and to experience the infinite splendor of the universe.
However, if your heart is heavier than the feather, you return to live again – to learn to “lighten up”.
There’s great intelligence within light-heartedness. And it’s only our conditioning that would have us believe it’s a good idea to take on the weight of worry.
Some argue, “without worry, I’d get nothing done, or I’d make bad decisions.” And that’s just not true. Without worry, you’d simply be without worry. You’d be driven by desire, and your decisions would be significantly wiser. You’d be more masterful in every conceivable way.
And, interestingly, you’d be a hell of a lot less likely to die of heart disease.
