What’s the point of Mental Toughness Training? Well, that’s simple (and profound). We do the inner world work so that we are able to respond to all of life rapidly with grace, mastery, creativity, and enthusiasm. Mental Toughness Training involves strengthening our “response-ability.” In other words, our ability to respond powerfully to all circumstances so that not only do we eliminate the unnecessary suffering we create for ourselves, but rather we create excellence faster and with less effort!
One of the most powerful ways to accomplish all of this is with the use of Mental Toughness Mantras – brief phrases that contain volumes of wisdom and that help us to elevate our states and create habitual, high-grade responses to ALL of life.
